SHIPPING PROCESS
We ship and process orders Monday-Friday, and are always working hard to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
After you place an order with us, please allow 1-7 business days for us to ship your order.
The holiday season may result in slower turn around times for orders to ship. Our goal is to continue to work hard to get orders to you as soon as possible.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to circumstances within our control, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you provided when you placed your order.
For U.S orders, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. For international orders, please allow 14-21 business days for processing and delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because all of our items are made to order, we only allow cancellations up to 24 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need a different color, or size please return your original order for a store credit and place a new order. Items should be returned in the same condition that the customer received them.The deadline to request an exchange is 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.
REFUND POLICY
Since all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds but would be happy to exchange the item for a store credit within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date. Simply mail the item you would like to exchange, along with a note with your full name and email info to the address on your package! We will get your credit on it’s way!
How our Store Credit works:
Did you order the wrong item? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable). Once we receive your unworn/unwashed item we will send you a store credit. The deadline to request a store credit is 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.
Please note that sale items, hats, mugs, and jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.
Salt + Joy Collection reserve the right to refuse returns of items that we determine to be "friendly fraud," which is purchasing something without the intention of keeping it. All items are made to order, and this is an abuse of our return policy.
We want everyone to be able to return the items that do not work for them, but occasionally people abuse this policy, we want to be able to protect the experience for all customers.
