Return Policy

Because all of our items are made to order, we only allow cancellations up to 24 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

If you need a different color, or size please return your original order for a store credit and place a new order. Items should be returned in the same condition that the customer received them.The deadline to request an exchange is 10 days from the delivery confirmation date.

Sometimes buying online is not easy! We offer store credits for unworn/unwashed apparel within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date. We cannot accept returns on sale items, hats, mugs, and totes.

How our Store Credit works:
Did you order the wrong item? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable). Once we receive your unworn/unwashed item we will send you a store credit. The deadline to request a store credit is 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.

Unfortunately, since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns but would be happy to exchange the item for a store credit within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date. Simply mail the item you would like to exchange, along with a note with your full name and email info to the address on your package! We will get your credit on it’s way!

Please note that sale items, hats, mugs, and totes are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.

Salt + Joy Collection reserve the right to refuse returns of items that we determine to be "friendly fraud," which is purchasing something without the intention of keeping it. We handprint everything to order, and this is an abuse of our return policy.

We want everyone to be able to return the items that do not work for them, but occasionally people abuse this policy, we want to be able to protect the experience for all customers.
